Chickpea No-Tuna Sandwich or Salad Recipe
Vegan
Ingredients:
- 1 Can Chickpeas, cooked, mashed
- 1 ripe Avocado, mashed
- 2 Tablespoons Celery, diced
- 1 stalk green onion, diced
- Sea weed bits, Kelp or dulce flakes
- Juice of half a lime or lemon
- a pinch black pepper powder
- salt to taste
Procedure:
- Mix everything until well combined. Adjust flavorings to taste.
- Serve on whole grain bread or whole grain bagel as Chickpea no-Tuna sandwich.
- Scoop onto a chopped salad to make Chickpea no-Tuna Salad.
Makes a quick lunch or dinner!!! Make often, customize it to your taste!!!
