
Red Beet Hummus
Homemade hummus is a fresh, healthy, and flavorful dip made with simple ingredients, perfect for snacks, spreads, and sharing.
Ingredients
- 2 cans Garbanzo beans, rinsed
- 2 pods garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp Tahini (Sesame butter/paste)
- 1/2 cooked red beet
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes ( optional)
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder (optional)
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
- Serve with toasted pita or as a dressing or a sauce on salads.
