Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • Few sprigs Cilantro
  • Lime Juice to taste
  • Jalapeños to taste
  • Salt to taste optional

Method
 

  1. Blend all the ingredients with a little water, until smooth and creamy!
  2. Use as a sauce or dressing!

Notes

 
Use over salad, baked potato, baked sweet potato, steamed corn or roasted corn, pita pockets, as vegan mayo etc.
