Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 6 very ripe frozen bananas
  • 2-4 dates optional

Method
 

  1. Blend all the blueberries and ripe frozen bananas.with as little plant-milk as possible
  2. Transfer to a glass container and freeze for 12-24 hrs
  3. Remove from freezer, thaw for 10 mins and scoop out with an icecream scoop
