Method
- Add the first 6 ingredients to a pan or Instant Pot.
- In 4Q Pan: Cover and cook for 25 mins on medium high. Once all the water is absorbed, no more water remains above the surface of the lentils, reduce heat to low and allow to cook for 10 mins, until completely cooked.
- In Instant Pot: Cook on High Pressure for 5 mins. Natural release of pressure.
- Add all the spices.
- Add Lime juice and chopped cilantro.
- Adjust salt to taste.
- Serve with cooked Rice or Millets or Quinoa!!!
