Method
- Cook Ramen per instructions on the package.
- Start with 2-4 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
- Add frozen Edamame, peas, or blackeyed peas and Broccoli stems.
- Add Ginger and Thai Green Chilies.
- Bring to Boil and turn off stove.
- Add finely diced & shredded vegetables or left over salad.
- Add 1 tablespoon Miso and 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce.
Notes
Garnish with Fresh Thai basil (or alternatively you can also use, frozen thai basil, finely chopped)
