Peanut-Lotus Root Soup

Ingredients
  

  • Noodles of your choice
  • Veggies of your choice
  • Make a Paste of fresh Thai Basil Ginger, Thai chilis, miso 2 TBS and soy sauce!

Method
 

  1. To a pot add water, raw peanuts, lotus root edamame, corn, carrots, Napa cabbage, shredded cabbage, greens, veggies of your choice!!!
  2. Add sweet potato noodles or mung noodles!
  3. Add small cubes of tofu.
  4. Cover and let it sit for 5 mins!!!
  5. Add spice paste.

Notes

Adjust flavorings, water & serve!!!
