10 min recipe in IP:
- Add Quinoa with 1:2 water along with a hint of turmeric & salt to inner pot of IP. Use a steamer and add beans, peas, carrots.
- Add 1 Tablespoon Ginger, finely diced.
- Add 1-2 Green chilis, finely diced.
- Add few curry leaves (optional).
- Close IP and steam for High Pressure, 2 mins.
- Once time is up, allow to sit for 5 mins and Quick Release (QR) Pressure.
- Allow to cool completely! Fluff with a fork!
- Add juice of 1 lime or 1 lemon.
- Add salt to taste, chopped cilantro and dry roasted seasoning.
- Serve with chutney!
Instruction for Chutney: Grind to a coarse paste
- Serve as a dip with veggie sticks or with upma!!!!
