Oatmeal Cookies

Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

 

 2 Ingredient Cookies

  • 2 Bananas, Very Ripe
  • 1 Cup rolled Oats

  

Flavoring Choices (Use only one per batch):

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom

Add-On Choices (Use only one add-on per batch):

  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 1/4 cup Dates, diced
  • 1/4 cup Apricots, Diced
  • 1/4 cup Figs, Diced
  • 1/4 cup Choclate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Cacao nibs
  • 1 Tablespoon Flax meal

 

Directions:


1. Mash very ripe bananas until no more banana chunks remain.

2. Add the rolled oats and let it sit for 10 mins.

3. Add a flavoring of your choice.

4. Add one add-on of your choice.

5. Drop the dough onto a silicone mat to form a cookie shape.

6. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes
