Carrot Halwa in IP recipe
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water add a few tablespoons more if carrots are too dry
- 5 C grated Carrots
- 1/2-1 C Finely chopped dates
- 1 C almond meal
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup raisins
- ½ tsp saffron
Layer in order above. Do NOT mix.
IP setting:
- Steam and more. (For 3Q IP:Press Steam button again to change to MORE option
- For 6Q IP: press Adjust button)
- Set to Venting mode
- Time: 4 mins
- QPR
Notes
Once done mix well and transfer to serving dish. Garnish with 2 TBS sliced almonds or pistachios.
