Healthy Banana Nut Bread Recipe

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Add the rolled oats, almond flour, and dates to a food processor and blend until the mixture forms a fine flour-like texture.
- In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Add the oat–almond mixture, chia seeds, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix everything together until a thick, well-combined batter forms.
- Gently fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into a lined or lightly greased loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the loaf to cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
