Oatmeal Cookies Recipe
2 Ingredient Cookies
- 2 Bananas, Very Ripe
- 1 Cup rolled Oats
Flavoring Choices (Use only one per batch):
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom
Add-On Choices (Use only one add-on per batch):
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- 1/4 cup Dates, diced
- 1/4 cup Apricots, Diced
- 1/4 cup Figs, Diced
- 1/4 cup Choclate Chips
- 1/4 cup Cacao nibs
- 1 Tablespoon Flax meal
Directions:
1. Mash very ripe bananas until no more banana chunks remain.
2. Add the rolled oats and let it sit for 10 mins.
3. Add a flavoring of your choice.
4. Add one add-on of your choice.
5. Drop the dough onto a silicone mat to form a cookie shape.
6. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes
