Orange Sesame Ginger Dressing
Creamy, Tangy, Spicy Orange Sesame Ginger Dressing
A vibrant dressing that is creamy, slightly sweet, tangy, and gently spicy. Perfect for salads, Buddha bowls, Pita pockets, roasted vegetables, noodles, or grain bowls.
Ingredients
Method
- Add the orange juice, rice vinegar, tamari, sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, dates, and chili flakes to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add water as needed to reach your desired dressing consistency.
- Taste and adjust ā add more orange juice for sweetness or dates or apple, vinegar for tang, or chili for heat.
- Store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 4ā5 days or up to a week.
