Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 fresh orange segments
  • Orange Zest from 1 orange
  • 1-2 Tablespoons fresh grated ginger
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds or tahini for extra creaminess
  • 1 Teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
  • 2 Tablespoons rice vinegar or Apple Cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon tamari or soy sauce optional
  • 1-2 dates for natural sweetness or 1/2 an apple

Method
 

  1. Add the orange juice, rice vinegar, tamari, sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, dates, and chili flakes to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add water as needed to reach your desired dressing consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust — add more orange juice for sweetness or dates or apple, vinegar for tang, or chili for heat.
  5. Store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 4–5 days or up to a week.
