Spicy Crunchy Mixture
Spicy Crunchy Mixture
Spicy Indian mixture featuring sev, boondhis,peanuts and curry leaves tossed in subtle spices.
Ingredients
Method
- In a hot wok or kadai.
- Dry roast curry leaves in low heat. Set aside.
- Add raisins, pinch of salt, pinch of chilli powder. Set aside.
- Roast saunf, set aside.
- Dry roast chopped green chilies with 1 tsp water until dry and flakes form. Set aside.
- Break up potato stix into smaller pieces.
- Mix all roasted and store bought ingredients in a big Ikea steel mixing bowl.
- Keep in the oven for 15-20 mins at 350F. Mix every 5 mins, until golden and crispy.

Note: No added oil, but potato stix are deep fried in oil, peanuts and cashew nuts are roasted in little oil.
