A combination of various veggies and sprouts!!!
15 veggies and sprouts

  • ¼ Cup Green Mung sprouts
  • ¼ Cup Moth sprouts
  • ¼ Cup grated carrots
  • ¼ cup grated beetroot
  • ¼ cup slivered green cabbage
  • ¼ cup slivered red cabbage
  • ¼ cup chopped zucchini, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped yellow squash, chopped
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup orange bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1-2 cups tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup spinach
  • 2 Tablespoons finely chopped mint

Mix all and add 1 teaspoon each of  toasted sunflower seeds, toasted pumpkin seeds, toasted peanuts.

Add green chutney and date-tamarind chutney!!! Enjoy a big bowl!!!!
