A combination of various veggies and sprouts!!!
15 veggies and sprouts
- ¼ Cup Green Mung sprouts
- ¼ Cup Moth sprouts
- ¼ Cup grated carrots
- ¼ cup grated beetroot
- ¼ cup slivered green cabbage
- ¼ cup slivered red cabbage
- ¼ cup chopped zucchini, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped yellow squash, chopped
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, chopped
- ¼ cup orange bell pepper, chopped
- ¼ cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
- ¼ cup cucumber, finely chopped
- 1-2 cups tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup spinach
- 2 Tablespoons finely chopped mint
Mix all and add 1 teaspoon each of toasted sunflower seeds, toasted pumpkin seeds, toasted peanuts.
Add green chutney and date-tamarind chutney!!! Enjoy a big bowl!!!!
