TAHINI SAUCE
The best tahini sauce is creamy and deliciously tangy.
Ingredients
- 1/2 C sesame seeds
- 1/4 C cloves of garlic lightly toasted
- Zest and juice of 2 lemons
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
- Pinch of cayenne
- 1/3 cup water adjust to right consistency as required
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Grind to a fine paste in a high speed blender to make Tahini sauce. Adjust flavorings to taste.
