Avocado-Cilantro-Lime-Jalapeno Dressing
Creamy avocado salad dressing made with ripe avocado, cilantro, lime.
- 1 ripe Avocado
- Few sprigs Cilantro
- Lime Juice to taste
- Jalapeños to taste
- Salt to taste (optional)
- Blend all the ingredients with a little water, until smooth and creamy!
- Use as a sauce or dressing!
Use over salad, baked potato, baked sweet potato, steamed corn or roasted corn, pita pockets, as vegan mayo etc.
