Millet & Rice Ramen Broccoli Soup

This yummy soup is made with simple ingredients and readyin only 25 minutes – it’s an easy meal for busy weeknights, and a great ideafor lunch meal prep!

  • 1 Cake Millet & Rice Ramen
  • 1 Cup Edamame (peas or black-eyed Peas)
  • ½ Cup Broccoli
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger finely chopped
  • 2 Thai green chillies finely chopped
  • ½ Cup Shredded Vegetable or left over salad
  • 1 Tablespoon Miso (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2-4 Cups of Water
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  1. Cook Ramen per instructions on the package.
  2. Start with 2-4 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add frozen Edamame, peas, or blackeyed peas and Broccoli stems.
  4. Add Ginger and Thai Green Chilies.
  5. Bring to Boil and turn off stove.
  6. Add finely diced & shredded vegetables or left over salad.
  7. Add 1 tablespoon Miso and 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce.

Garnish with Fresh Thai basil (or alternatively you can also use, frozen thai basil, finely chopped)
