Naturally Sweetened Healthy Orange Fruit Cake
A soft, naturally sweetened orange fruit cake made with whole fruits and oats—no oil, no refined sugar, just wholesome goodness.

Method
- Blend oats, dates, baking powder, and baking soda in a food processor until flour-like. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Fold in blueberries and set aside.
- In the same processor, blend all wet ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold until fully combined.
- Transfer the batter to a greased 8×8 pan or Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired. Slice and enjoy!
