Peanut-Lotus Root Soup
Lotus root soup with peanuts soup recipe which is light,healthy and delicious. Slow-cooked Chinese soup such as this is known to benutritious.
Ingredients
- Noodles of your choice
- Veggies of your choice
- Make a Paste of fresh Thai Basil Ginger, Thai chilis, miso 2 TBS and soy sauce!
Instructions
- To a pot add water, raw peanuts, lotus root edamame, corn, carrots, Napa cabbage, shredded cabbage, greens, veggies of your choice!!!
- Add sweet potato noodles or mung noodles!
- Add small cubes of tofu.
- Cover and let it sit for 5 mins!!!
- Add spice paste.
Notes
Adjust flavorings, water & serve!!!
