Red Lentil Bread

Crispy Crust RED LENTIL BREAD No Yeast | Gluten Free | Super Healthy and Easy
Savor the rich flavors of Red Lentil Bread, boasting protein-rich lentils and aromatic spices.
Ingredients
Method
- Grind the soaked lentils and all the ingredients into a coarse paste, using a stick blender or food processor with an S-blade
- Transfer into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper
- Don’t pack it too tight, use a fork to push dough into corners; to create air pockets
- Top with pumpkin seeds and press them down; if not they will fall off once baked
- Bake for 1 hour at 350 F (175C)
- Allow to cool for 1/2 hr. Remove from pan and dry on a cookie cooling rack
- Let it cool completely before cutting.
- Toast slices until crispy and ENJOY!
- Top with mashed avocado or hummus
- Use lentil bread slices to make open faced sandwiches

1. Herbs: Rosemary or dill or basil or parsley or cilantro (optional)
2. Add chopped herbs, finely chopped onions, etc.
3. Slice and freeze; transfer to a ziplock bag and thaw & toast until crispy. Just follow this recipe, bread is delicious!
